Replacement: After PayPal applies for a replacement, send it back to our designated warehouse, and send the replacement product within 48 hours after receiving the goods in our warehouse.

Return: Return directly on PayPal

2 - Do I need to use your own packaging or your own packaging when returning the goods?

It needs to be returned with brand packaging.

3- Who will pay the freight for the return and exchange?

If the goods are returned or exchanged due to quality problems, our brand bear the return and exchange freight fee, and the rest shall be borne by the purchaser.
